Shipping / Delivery

Shipping for Mainland UK is based on the weight of the order, and is as follows:

Orders under 1KG will incur a £3.95 charge
Orders from 1KG to 5KG will incur a £6.95 charge
Orders over 5KG will incur a £10.95 charge

Products which come under our large item or bulk item categories will incur extra charges as follows:

Large items – £49.95 delivery
Bulk items – £250.00 delivery

All prices quoted are excluding VAT. Our engineers are often travelling to all corners of the country. If you find yourself wanting to order from the large or bulk item category, please get in touch, as we may be able to offer delivery at a reduced rate.

Items that are manufactured to order such as Bubble Tubes, Furnishings and Interactive Panels will be delivered within 20 working days, if your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to advise delivery dates when the order is placed. Any other items will be delivered within 5 working days, unless we contact you to advise otherwise. All items are sent on a courier so will need signing for upon arrival.

Non Mainland UK (Including Scottish Highlands)

Shipping for non mainland UK (including Scottish Highlands) is based on the products ordered. The online shop is not currently set up to process this for you. If you wish to place an order outside of standard mainland UK postcodes, please contact us for a shipping quotation.


Unless you are ordering via a purchase order, all items must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Products will not be manufactured until payment has been received. Payment can be made online via PayPal or debit/credit card, over the phone on 01157 270777 or via cheque or BACS. To pay via BACS, please contact us for our bank details and we will issue a full invoice with them on. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Sensory Technology Ltd’ and posted to us at:

If posting us an order form with a cheque, please ensure you add on shipping charges and VAT. Should there be any problems when your payment arrives, we will contact you directly.


Goods can only be returned with prior permission from Sensory Technology Limited, a returns number should be obtained and written on all return correspondence.
Goods should be returned within 21 days of receipt. After this period, no returns can be made.
Goods must be returned in as new condition to qualify for a refund. A restocking charge of 15% will apply to all non-faulty returned goods, postage and packaging costs cannot be refunded.

Any products produced to Customer requirements, or non-stock goods cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty Goods 

All Goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty, if a fault arises within this time, repairs will be undertaken at the cost of Sensory Technology Limited. Any faulty goods must be returned with a returns number obtained from Sensory Technology Limited. All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer. If it is discovered that these faults have arisen due to actons by the Customer, the Customer shall be liable for any costs incurred by the Sensory Technology Limited to amend the faults. If equipment is found to have been misused, or not maintained in accordance with the Company’s instructions, the customer will be liable for any costs incurred. Sensory Technology Limited shall not be responsible for any defects arising out of normal deterioration.

The following are excluded from warranty:

– Damage due to lightening
– Damage due to mains power fluctuation.
– Ingress of fluids
– Physical abuse
